Amy assists the real estate and banking and commercial finance attorneys with various aspects of real estate loan closings and/or real estate acquisitions. Her responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Closing Checklist preparation
• UCC preparation
• Due Diligence assignments
• Title and Survey reviews
• Operating and Partnership Agreement reviews
• Closing Instruction Letter preparation
• Post closing follow-up
• Drafting Modifications, Deeds/Mortgages, Assignments of Leases
and Rents, Environmental Indemnities and Borrower’s
Certificates
• Drafting Shareholder and Board of Director Resolutions for
Annual Meetings
• Filing of State required Annual Registration Reports
Amy has also assisted attorneys in the Banking and Commercial Finance area with real estate documentation reviews and client real estate file reviews. Amy has assisted in several multi-county, multi-state real estate collateral documentation assignments associated with large asset based loans.
