Dana is a paralegal in the litigation department, and she also works in the firm's business immigration practice area.
Dana has experience working as a case manager and paralegal for admiralty, maritime, railroad, product liability, toxic tort and intellectual property litigation matters. She is able to handle all paralegal aspects of a litigation matter, including discovery and document production, database and records management, trial, arbitration and mediation. In addition, Dana is a member of the firm's audit letter committee and coordinates and prepares audit response letters, including assistance with drafting summaries of pending or threatened litigation relating to firm clients.
In the business immigration practice area, Dana prepares immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions, and applications for U.S. work and international travel authorizations to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and the U.S. Department of State for employees of the firm's corporate clients.
