Deb is a paralegal in the firm’s class action practice area.  She has nine years of experience as a paralegal and has assisted with all aspects of a litigation case, including drafting complaints and written discovery, preparing and maintaining document productions, case files, docketing management systems, and client extranets.  Deb assists with deposition preparation, performs legal research and manages trial preparation tasks, including mediation and arbitrations.  Deb handles various types of cases from class actions, product liability, and business litigation.  

Deb prepared for and participated in a federal trial in Memphis that included numerous expert witnesses, depositions, hundreds of trial exhibits, and communications with the client.  She also assisted in a two-week arbitration outside of St. Louis and has attended out-of-state document reviews and document productions.  Deb has supervised multiple document reviews and is often the lead paralegal.
