Elizabeth is the senior paralegal in the Real Estate department. As a team member, she devotes much of her time to the areas of commercial finance and acquisition. She assists with project administration, nationwide fact gathering, title, zoning and survey due diligence, document preparation and filing, LLCs, corporations and partnerships.
As a team member of the Business Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Creditor's Rights department, Elizabeth devotes much of her time to the areas of creditor's rights, bankruptcy and commercial foreclosure. She assists with document preparation and filing in a debtor's bankruptcy or in defense of a creditor. In the area of commercial foreclosure, she assists in all stages of the process, at times acting as successor trustee.
