Erin assists the practice group with all paralegal aspects of litigation and claims including, but not limited to, document management, deposition preparation, trial preparation, database management, and settlement preparation. Erin joined the tobacco team in 2009 to assist the trial team in an ongoing litigation case in West Virginia. She was lead paralegal for jury review and attorney preparation for extensive voir dire process.
