Lynnda Light is a para-professional in the firm’s banking, commercial finance and corporate departments. She is instrumental in the due diligence process including the preparation of closing documents, original filing, amendment and termination of Uniform Commercial Code financing statements and the analysis of lien searches.
Lynnda also assists attorneys in a variety of practice areas with their corporate and commercial finance matters, including new entity formations, multi-state qualifications, mergers, conversions, name changes and dissolutions. She also prepares annual meeting minutes, corporate resolutions and coordinates compliance reporting. Lynnda recently gained valuable experience with the ADV filing process and assists our not-for-profit clients with their charitable registration filings and renewals.
