Nancy Murphy is a paralegal in the firm’s Labor and Employment, Business Litigation and Bankruptcy practice areas.
Nancy assists the attorneys in all aspects of employment, business and bankruptcy litigation, including electronic discovery, document production, review and analysis, creation and maintenance of electronic databases. She performs legal research, abstracts depositions, interviews witnesses, drafts pleadings and discovery, prepares deposition outlines, identifies and organizes exhibits, assists with trial preparation and trial, including electronic presentation of evidence at trial being Trial Director and Sanction. Nancy has over 20 years experience as a paralegal and has extensive knowledge of the Federal and state court systems as well as the EEOC and Illinois Department of Human Rights.
