Nancy assists the railroad department in all aspects of litigation, including reviewing, organizing and managing numerous files. She also requests, charts, reviews and summarizes medical records, assists attorneys and prepares materials for depositions, corresponds with clients and attorneys regarding various legal matters, drafts legal documents, prepares discovery responses and documents for production, and has assisted in Internet research and trial preparation.
