Reneé possesses 22 years of experience in litigation, with the past 9 as a paralegal in tobacco prior to moving to the intellectual property practice area. Her years of experience include product liability, personal injury, medical malpractice, toxic tort and commercial and workers’ compensation cases. Reneé handles all paralegal aspects of a litigation case, including attendance at trial, large document production, privilege review, witness preparations, and exhibit work.
In addition, Reneé supervises approximately 15 paralegals, practice area assistants and litigation clerks. She is responsible for staffing projects, recruiting, interviewing, managing productivity and providing continuing legal education.
In 2009 Renee' was nominated for Paralegal of the Year of the St. Louis Association of Legal Assistants.
