Patricia possesses 18 years of experience in litigation support in class action lawsuits and other complex cases. She has assisted with document review, case investigations, including gathering of facts and interviewing witnesses; collecting and identifying responsive documents to discovery; and drafting discovery responses.
Patricia was the lead paralegal in a case involving 37 plaintiffs tried before a jury in the Circuit Court for the City of St. Louis. Thompson Coburn secured defense verdicts in favor of their client. Patricia has provided trial support to attorneys in a number of cases.
Patricia has also been involved in jury research involving focus groups and mock trials. Patricia possesses experience in working closely with jury consultants and preparing case presentations.
Patricia also possesses experience with preparing appellate and United States Supreme Court briefs for filing.
