National Labor Relations Act

Thompson Coburn’s labor relations attorneys represent employers in all aspects of traditional labor-management relations. Annually, we negotiate numerous collective bargaining agreements throughout the United States. In the past 15 years, for example, we have negotiated more than 250 collective bargaining agreements. Our attorneys work with clients to develop and implement strategies to obtain fair and competitive contracts. In those rare cases where bargaining breaks down, we assist employers with strike preparation and handle related injunctions and unfair labor practice proceedings. In addition to bargaining, we regularly counsel clients with unions regarding contract interpretation and employee disciplinary matters. We regularly try a number of arbitrations throughout the United States each year.
