TITLE VI

Thompson Coburn attorneys advise transit clients on matters of compliance with requirements of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, as those requirements are implemented through FTA guidance. In addition to counseling transit agencies on requirements related to Environmental Justice and fare and major service changes, we assist in the preparation of Title VI reports and updates.
