Administrative Support Assistant

Location: Chicago, Illinois

Thompson Coburn LLP currently has a non-exempt position available in our Chicago office for a full-time Administrative Support Assistant to support a collaborative team of attorneys and professionals in providing legal solutions to our clients’ needs. The ideal candidate for this full-time, non-exempt position enjoys demonstrating superior organizational skills, is proficient in Microsoft Office applications and types at least 30 wpm.  An Associate’s degree in office support services and one year of administrative support experience is preferred. The person selected for this position must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Due to the public health emergency, this position is eligible for a short-term remote working arrangement.

Legal Recruiting Manager

Thompson Coburn LLP currently has an exempt position available in our St. Louis office for a full-time Strategic Pricing Analyst with at least five years of relevant financial analysis experience, preferably in a law firm or other professional services environment. This role provides oversight for process improvement and pricing and will act as a consultant working with attorneys and the business office. It is responsible for oversight of three primary functional areas, including Pricing Analysis, Profitability and Portfolio Management.  Qualified applicants will have Bachelor degree in finance, marketing, business management or a related field, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field is preferred.
