Corporate Paralegal

Legal Recruiting Assistant

Administrative Clerk – Loss Prevention

Thompson Coburn LLP currently has a non-exempt position available in our St. Louis office for a full-time Administrative Clerk to provide administrative support to the Loss Prevention Department. Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma with at least some college preferred; prior law firm experience is a plus.

Administrative Support Assistant 

Thompson Coburn LLP currently has a non-exempt position available in our St. Louis office for a full-time Administrative Support Assistant. The qualified candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and type at least 30 wpm.  An Associate’s degree and one year experience is preferred. The person selected for this position must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Billing Specialist

This non-exempt, full-time position supports our Accounting Department, coordinating the preparation and processing of client billing for attorneys. Qualified applicants will have two years of experience in professional services billing or in a related area, and/or an Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Legal Recruiting Manager

Marketing Coordinator

Thompson Coburn LLP currently has a non-exempt position available in our St. Louis office for a full-time Marketing Coordinator to provide marketing support services for all attorneys and staff, including assisting with webinar events, proposals/pitches, and marketing reports. The ideal candidate has three or more years of experience in a marketing support or equivalent position with experience in a professional services field preferred and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Senior Financial Analyst 

Thompson Coburn LLP currently has an exempt position available in our St. Louis office for a full-time Senior Financial Analyst to consult with our legal departments, lawyers, practice groups and firm leaders on the commercial considerations of the business of law.  Qualified applicants will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Actuary Sciences or a similar field, with a strong mathematical and/or financial background through education or related experience, and prior legal experience is preferred.

Trial Support Specialist

This non-exempt, full-time role will provide technical support services to legal teams with a focus on trial planning and logistics, preparation, and court operation of presentation software. Qualified applicants will have law firm or legal technology experience, and litigation support experience is preferred; three years of trial consulting and/or trial technician experience is a plus.
