Medical Leave Benefit
Our firm provides attorneys with paid leave for qualifying medically related conditions including pregnancy.
Parental Leave Benefit
The firm provides eligible attorneys with paid parental leave to care for and bond with their child after the child is born or has been placed with them for adoption.
Family Medical Leave Act
In addition, the firm grants up to 12 weeks of unpaid medical and family leave during any 12 month period, to eligible attorneys, in accordance with the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 as amended (“FMLA”) and up to 26 weeks of leave in any 12-month period in compliance with the expansion of the Family and Medical Leave Act under the National Defense Authorization Act (“NDAA”).
Part Time Employment
We recognize that there are situations where it is in the mutual best interest of the firm and an attorneys to accommodate a part-time employment arrangement.
