Alana represents clients in business litigation matters, including fraud investigations and commercial disputes.
She advocates for clients by drafting motions, briefs, and memoranda. Additionally, she analyzes complex documents and researches legal issues that develop trial strategy.
Alana graduated magna cum laude from the University of Illinois College of Law. During law school she earned the highest grade in the immigration law clinic, representing clients in both state and federal proceedings. She also spent three years as a research assistant for Professor Verity Winship; her contributions have been credited in numerous publications, including a large-scale empirical study of SEC litigation releases.
Alana is a Fulbright scholar and she earned her B.A. from the University of Chicago.
