Ali represents financial institutions in the full range of commercial financing transactions.
Ali prepares and negotiates loan documents for originations, modifications, and refinancings of secured and unsecured financing transactions. She drafts credit agreements and supporting documentation for revolving lines of credit and term loans secured by accounts receivable, inventory, and equipment. Ali seamlessly collaborates with lenders, borrowers, borrower's counsel, and escrow agents throughout the closing process.
Ali has represented national and regional lenders in commercial real estate transactions and new development, including distribution facilities, Class-A multi-family complexes, pre-leased retail strip centers anchored by national credit tenants, Class-A office parks, and medical office buildings. For these matters, she drafts and reviews deeds of trust, construction and term loan agreements, promissory notes, guaranty agreements, consents, estoppels, and SNDAs.
Ali, who is in fluent in Spanish, has also represented lenders in Latin America participating in emerging market microfinance.
