Amina represents financial institutions and borrowers in a variety of commercial financing transactions.
Amina helps clients structure and close various types of financing transactions, including secured and unsecured lending, single bank and syndicated credit facilities, asset-based lending, maritime transactions, and acquisition financing. She regularly represents financial institutions with respect to automobile floorplan financing. She has also assisted clients with alcohol regulatory matters, tax credit purchase and sales, and banking regulatory issues.
Amina has experience with nonprofits and public service law, and is active in the legal and business communities. As the co-founder and associate executive director of the Muslim Women's Professional Network of St. Louis, she organizes events and initiatives, directs board activities, and assists with strategic planning.
