Amy is an associate in the Firm's labor and employment practice.
Amy assists employers in various labor and employment matters, including litigation and human resources counseling. Amy uses her strong research and writing skills to effectively advocate for the Firm's clients in employment litigation in both state and federal courts, and help them respond to charges of discrimination filed with the EEOC and other state agencies. Additionally, Amy counsels employers on day-to-day human resources questions, and drafts employment handbooks, policies, and procedures.
Prior to joining the Firm, Amy handled complex commercial litigation at a mid-sized firm in St. Louis. She also spent two years as a law clerk with the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District.
Amy is a proud graduate of the University of Missouri, where she served as Managing Editor of the law school's Journal of Dispute Resolution.
