Brad provides clients with strategic legal counsel in complex financing transactions, including cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions and investments. His clients include national governments and governmental agencies, public and private real estate companies, real estate investment trusts (REITs), investment and commercial banks, private equity funds and trust companies.
Brad represents private and public companies, partnerships and funds in a variety of U.S.-based domestic and Asian-based cross-border capital market transactions including capital raising in private offerings, capital raising in IPOs, secondary offerings of debt and equity, mergers and acquisitions and roll-up transactions and real estate portfolio acquisitions and dispositions.
Additionally, Brad represents underwriters in connection with capital market transactions including IPOs, boards of directors and special committees, national governments and governmental agencies in a variety of matters and Chinese entertainment and media-based companies in connection with their United States operations.
