Catherine Kang counsels clients on compliance with regulatory trends and employment laws.

Her work often involves reviewing and updating employee handbooks, company policies, and workplace procedures to ensure they meet legal standards. Additionally, Catherine plays a role in representing management in employment-related litigation, including pre-litigation investigations and at trial.

During law school, Catherine volunteered in the El Centro legal clinic, helping immigrant women who were victims of violent crimes apply for work permits or lawful resident status.
