Cody practices in the litigation group, with an emphasis on asbestos and toxic torts.
Cody served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Audrey Fleissig, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. He received his J.D. from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis. While in law school, Cody was a staff editor for the Washington University Law Review.
Prior to receiving his J.D., Cody was a Foreign Service Officer and lived in China for four years. In that capacity, he conducted 50,000 visa adjudications and was responsible for drafting, reviewing, and clearing interagency reports about fraudulent applications for immigration benefits. Cody is interested in the Qing Empire and China's borderlands, rugby, Nintendo, and classic sci-fi films both kooky and suspenseful.
