Dana is a paralegal in the business immigration practice area of the Firm. She prepares immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions, and applications for U.S. work and international travel authorizations to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and the U.S. Department of State for employees of the Firm's corporate clients.
Dana also has experience working as a case manager and paralegal for admiralty, maritime, railroad, product liability, toxic tort and intellectual property litigation matters. She is able to handle all paralegal aspects of a litigation matter, including discovery and document production, database and records management, trial, arbitration and mediation.
