Danielle represents commercial finance companies and financial institutions in complex civil litigation in state and federal courts.
Prior to joining Thompson Coburn Hahn & Hessen, Danielle prosecuted residential mortgage-backed securities claims and litigated commercial finance disputes and contract actions. During law school, Danielle, a St. Thomas More Scholarship recipient, was a member of the St. John's Law Review and the Moot Court Honor Society. She also interned with the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York Criminal Division and the Bronx District Attorney's Office. Danielle assisted in April 2020 with a client-sponsored webinar, "The Upcoming Wave of COVID-19 Era Loan Defaults: Workouts and Insolvencies: A Guide to the Possibly Perplexed."
