Denise represents financial institutions in a variety of commercial financing transactions. She draws upon her more than 15 years of experience to provide practical solutions for clients.
Denise reviews, revises and approves complex loan packages for agricultural lending transactions. She has extensive experience in eDiscovery management and litigation support, including providing evidentiary framework development as part of deposition preparation for corporate representatives and expert witnesses. In addition, she is well versed in document and contract review, producing protocols and chronology reports, and leading teams in case analysis.
With a background in real estate finance and residential mortgage lending, Denise has drafted and responded to various motions, pleadings, complaints, petitions, subpoenas and interrogatories.
Denise has had ample involvement with class action lawsuit project management. Her organizational dexterity allows her to provide the highest level of support for the needs of her clients.
