Elise Gonzalez represents a diverse range of employers and businesses through all phases of litigation in state and federal courts.

Elise draws upon her multifaceted experiences to deliver comprehensive and thoughtful counsel. She began her career in the Dallas office’s first summer associate program after the firm expanded into the Texas legal market. She has assisted in providing nuanced and effective advice to clients during difficult and complex situations. Elise’s skills allow her to adapt across a number of industries and scenarios, including in high-stakes internal investigations that help organizations reduce risk and respond to crises.

During law school, Elise gained practical experience as a legal extern at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Texas and as a judicial extern for a federal magistrate judge in the Northern District of Texas. She also participated in Women in Law, serving as the Network Outreach Coordinator, and avidly researches and writes about issues of gender equality in the workplace and society.
