Emilie Ho helps employers navigate federal, state, and local employment laws, ensuring that their policies and procedures are compliant with applicable laws and best practices.

Employers rely on Emilie in employment litigation matters involving claims of discrimination and harassment, as well as in wage and hour class, collective, and representative actions arising under federal and California law, including under the California Labor Code and the Private Attorneys General Act.

Emilie earned her law degree from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law. During law school, she served as a staff member of the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal and was Vice President of Gould’s Energy and Environmental Law Society. She also clerked at the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office, in the Healthcare Fraud Division.

Before attending law school, Emilie worked as an environmental consultant at a multinational consultancy firm focused on sustainability, where she delivered greenhouse gas data verification for clients in a variety of sectors.
