As an experienced real estate and construction practitioner, Gary counsels clients on a variety of real estate transactions and contract issues.
He represents owners, general contractors and subcontractors in preparing and negotiating contracts, and resolving complex construction disputes. Gary represents developers and lenders on acquisitions, financing, refinancing, construction and leasing of major office buildings and shopping centers. He assists owners with the purchase, financing and construction of shopping centers, offices, industrial buildings, and light rail and other facilities. He also helps landlords and tenants negotiate and prepare leases for shopping centers, offices and industrial facilities.
Gary has handled multi-property acquisitions and dispositions as part of business merger and acquisition transactions. He has authored articles on real estate matters and served as a panelist and presenter at real estate and construction law seminars.
