As an experienced real estate and construction practitioner, Gary counseled clients on a variety of real estate transactions and contract issues.
He represented owners, general contractors and subcontractors in preparing and negotiating contracts, and resolving complex construction disputes. Gary represented developers and lenders on acquisitions, financing, refinancing, construction and leasing of major office buildings and shopping centers. He assisted owners with the purchase, financing and construction of shopping centers, offices, industrial buildings, and light rail and other facilities. He also helped landlords and tenants negotiate and prepare leases for shopping centers, offices and industrial facilities.
Gary has handled multi-property acquisitions and dispositions as part of business merger and acquisition transactions. He has authored articles on real estate matters and served as a panelist and presenter at real estate and construction law seminars.
