Hayley is an associate in the Business Litigation group.
To assist clients, she performs legal research, drafts pleadings and motions, and analyzes legal arguments to develop a case strategy.
Hayley received her J.D. from the University of California, Berkley School of Law, where she served as an editor for California Law Review and Ecology Law Quarterly. She previously worked as an extern for Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye of the Supreme Court of California, a research assistant under Judge Thelton Henderson and a legal intern with the California Governor's Office of Planning and Research.
