Holly is a paralegal in the Firm's Business Litigation group.
She assists with all aspects of litigation across a variety of industries, including telecommunications, manufacturing, municipal government and agribusiness. Holly conducts critical legal research, manages communications with clients and other parties and supports depositions and trial preparation. She uses the Firm's document management software to efficiently organize, produce and maintain case information.
Holly has assisted attorneys in the prosecution of a professional malpractice action arising from a multi-billion dollar corporate acquisition. As part of this case, she assisted with lengthy discovery reviews, reviewed and analyzed third-party productions and helped attorneys prepare for deposition and trial.
She also works in the unique area of receivership, and collaborates with the court-appointed receiver and other attorneys to manage the affairs of the receivership entity. In this role, Holly conducts research, maintains electronic case information and communicates with financial accounting services groups, accountants and various banks regarding ongoing receivership issues.
