Jason uses his years of experience in leading real estate transactions and financings to navigate his clients through the Los Angeles real estate market.
In the transactional sector, Jason handles acquisitions, dispositions and leasing across multiple asset classes, with particularly deep experience in the retail sector. He represents several global clients in office and retail leasing matters. In his real estate finance practice, he advises financial institutions in construction, permanent and mezzanine debt financing. Jason also represents both financial institutions and investors in loan workouts, forbearances and other distressed debt transactions. He also has strong ties to the Los Angeles private equity market and assists his private equity clients in their real estate needs.
Jason's practice includes a special emphasis on renewable energy project finance, including construction and permanent debt financing and tax credit investments for solar and wind portfolios.
