Jennifer represents financial institutions in a variety of commercial financing transactions. She is a key member of a team that reviews, revises and approves loan documents for complex agricultural financings.
Jennifer has represented major financial institutions in contested legal matters in both state and federal courts regarding residential loan servicing portfolios. As a litigator, she has skillfully defended financial institutions against claims of wrongful closure, torts and statutory allegations, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), the Truth in Lending (TILA), and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
Jennifer has significant experience serving as the lead attorney for litigation matters. She has represented clients in depositions and mediations, supported motion practices, and drafted appellate briefs.
