John Paul assists with all phases of litigation and employment arbitrations, including legal research, factual investigation and development, discovery, document productions and document management. This includes managing the creation of document databases, creation of organizational systems for case documents and assisting in the receipt and production of large document productions for discovery and investigative purposes.
John Paul has extensive trial experience and trial preparation in state and federal courts through the state of Missouri
John Paul also serves as the Director and as a chair member for the Programs and Education and Community and Social Affairs committees for the St. Louis Paralegal Association. He assists with day to day activity, setting up monthly meetings, and preparing community events in the St. Louis Area.
