Jorge represents financial institutions in business finance transactions, including commercial finance, asset-based lending and domestic and cross-border acquisitions and leveraged transactions.
Prior to joining Hahn & Hessen, Jorge worked in the institutional clients division of a global financial institution, where he handled legal, regulatory and compliance matters concerning the firm's banking and sales and trading activities. While in law school, Jorge won the school's Homer Albers Moot Court Competition in 2013, which he later co-directed in 2014. Jorge is admitted to practice in New York. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
