Migrant and Immigrant Community Action (MICA) Project
Board Member
Kelly uses her experience with US Citizenship and Immigration Services, the US Department of Labor and the US Department of State to gain compliance for employers with all aspects of US immigration law, including I-9 compliance and the E-Verify program.
Kelly frequently assists clients in developing nonimmigrant (temporary) and immigrant (permanent) strategies on behalf of their foreign national employees. Such strategies are critically important when H-1B shortages and visa backlogs create complicated roadblocks for U.S. employers and their foreign national employees.
Kelly's cost-effective, time-sensitive and creative solutions reflect her commitment to achieving the business and human resource goals of her clients and to facilitating a swift, responsive immigration process for employees.
Kelly currently serves as a board member for the Migrant and Immigrant Community Action (MICA) Project, a non-profit that provides direct legal representation to immigrants in the St. Louis area.
