Kim advises clients in the banking and commercial finance industries.
She represents lenders and borrowers in a variety of commercial financing transactions, including secured and unsecured commercial lending, syndicated credit facilities and asset-based lending. Kim also advises clients on equipment leasing, purchase money security arrangements and real estate related loan transactions.
Prior to joining Thompson Coburn, Kim worked at a Big Four accounting firm advising corporate clients on state and local tax credits and incentives. Her accounting experience gives Kim a unique perspective on complex financial and banking matters, along with the knowledge and skills to communicate with clients at the industry level.
Kim is fluent in Spanish, and previously worked as a summer associate with a leading law firm in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
