Matt Nevola represents financial institutions, major corporations, and businesses in complex commercial and financial services disputes in state and federal courts. He has handled individual and class action claims, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and fraud. Matt leverages his legal and courtroom experience to guide clients through litigation efficiently, always prioritizing their interests.

His experience includes researching and drafting legal documents, arguing motions, managing discovery, and negotiating settlements, all in collaboration with clients to develop effective litigation strategies.

Before joining the firm, Matt served as an assistant district attorney at the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office, where he investigated and prosecuted over 200 criminal cases. His duties included presenting cases to grand juries and leading suppression hearings.

While in law school, Matt interned for the Honorable Gary R. Brown at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York and was a law fellow for the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office.
