Meredith provides strategic advice to clients in a wide variety of areas, including tax, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions.
She previously served as Corporate Counsel for Merit Energy Company, where she provided legal counsel to internal divisions, drafted and negotiated service contracts, settlement agreements, and asset acquisitions and divestitures, prepared corporate governance documents, and managed ongoing litigation matters.
Meredith began her career as an International Tax Consultant for a Big Four accounting firm. There, she advised clients on the formation and dissolution of foreign corporations and partnerships, international tax and treaty considerations, and the use and implementation of cross-border tax structures, IC-DISCs, and trusts.
