Mike has extensive experience handling probate and trust litigation for both fiduciaries and beneficiaries and leads the Firm's Trust and Estate Litigation practice.
He served on the Missouri Bar's legislative subcommittee of the Probate & Trust Committee, which worked to get the Uniform Trust Code enacted in Missouri, and is a frequent lecturer on fiduciary litigation topics.
He also represents financial institutions, and practices in the state and federal trial and appellate courts in a wide range of business litigation matters. His experience encompasses real estate matters, including commercial lease disputes, and shareholder disputes.
He has particular experience in banking litigation, where he has more than 25 years' experience in the areas of creditors' rights, lender liability and disputes involving check collection, check fraud, and electronic transfers and payments.
