She has successfully filed appeals and the necessary supporting documentation at the Cook County Assessor's office, the Cook County Board of Review, the Illinois Property Tax Appeal Board and the Circuit Court of Cook County.
Nicole works with property owners to gather the necessary documentation to file a successful tax assessment appeal and reduce their overall real estate tax burden. Nicole has experience with residential single family homes, apartment buildings, condominiums, income producing and owner-occupied commercial and Industrial properties, vacant land, and she has assisted with a few of the bed & breakfasts.
Nicole works with other paralegals in her department and works on special assignments both within and outside of her department when necessary. Nicole recently volunteered to take on the responsibility of preparing and processing the evidence submissions for all of our tax objections cases pending in circuit court.
