Drafts petitions, annual/final accountings and statements of account or final settlement, final receipts, and related documentation all in connection with probate estates and informal/small estate proceedings.
Coordinates preparation or acquisition of various estate documentation, coordinates appropriate publications and notifications regarding the estate.
Contacts and coordinates with probate court on administration of probate estates.
Coordinates the transfer of assets into and out of trusts, including bank accounts, stock transfers and real estate deeds.
Coordinates and/or effect distributions to trust beneficiaries. Performs routine trust reporting functions, including inventories, annual reconciliations and annual trust accountings.
Drafts petitions, including petitions for instructions, annual/final accountings and statements of account or final settlement, final receipts, and related documentation all in connection with trust administration.
Assists attorneys in preparation of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, durable powers of attorneys, advance health care directives, certifications of trust, obtaining EIN's as necessary.
Assists clients with initial funding of trusts, including preparation and recording of Deeds, PCOR's, assignments on interests in entities and other necessary documents as needed in accordance with estate plans.
Reviews documents prior to transmission to clients and following signing.
Prepares funding letter and transmittal letters to clients and assemble completed package of executed documents.
Preparation of real estate documents, including deeds, deeds of trusts and promissory notes.
