Ray protects clients across the country from consumer class actions.
He works effectively to help guide his clients through complex litigation and translate state and federal consumer protection laws. As a commercial litigator, Ray defends companies from a wide variety of allegations, including consumer fraud, product defects, unfair trade practices and more.
Ray handles all aspects of litigation, including analyzing complaints, conducting internal company investigations to determine relevant litigation facts, taking and defending depositions of fact and expert witnesses, and preparing and arguing dispositive and discovery motions. He also prepares legal briefs, legal memoranda, and client presentations.
