Sadie is an associate in the Firm's business litigation practice.
Prior to joining Thompson Coburn, Sadie spent two years as an Assistant Federal Public Defender representing individuals on death row in federal habeas litigation.
Sadie received her J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she was a member of the Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review. While in law school, she served as executive director of the Harvard Prison Legal Assistance Project, through which she spent three years representing incarcerated people in disciplinary and parole hearings—cross-examining corrections officers, drafting parole briefs, arguing before the Massachusetts Parole Board, advocating for policy changes before the state legislature, and assisting in the preparation of a § 1983 class action lawsuit against the Massachusetts Department of Correction. She also served as a legal intern in the Special Litigation Section of the Civil Rights Division of the US Department of Justice.
