Steve assists clients in a variety of litigation matters in state and federal courts.
He has worked on several major cases for clients in the food-agriculture, telecommunications and financial services industries, including class actions. These matters have included a Missouri class action over license tax issues and a related bench trial that resulted in a favorable ruling, a series of breach of contract matters for a regional service provider and defense litigation on behalf of a major Midwest banking entity.
Steve also serves on the litigation teams for agribusiness clients in regular litigation and state and national class actions.
Steve provides pro bono assistance to litigants in landlord-tenant cases and civil appointed cases.
