Steven is an associate in the Firm's business litigation practice.
He works closely with clients to craft innovative solutions directly addressing their goals. When clients feel they need to pursue litigation, he leverages his experience in state and federal courts to ensure they achieve the best possible outcome. Steve is highly skilled in cases involving high-stakes contract disputes, business torts, trade secret misappropriation and unfair competition. He also has experience with trademark and copyright enforcement.
Steve assists clients at all stages of litigation, including drafting compelling motions and briefs, preparing witnesses for and conducting depositions, and serving as an integral member of trial teams.
He has also developed a cybersecurity practice that focuses on data privacy compliance and issues surrounding the shifting landscape of California privacy laws. Steve has written about the California Consumer Privacy Act and other developments in the cybersecurity field.
Steve is conversational in the Korean language, and resided in South Korea prior to law school.
