Tommy is an experienced associate in the real estate practice group. He advises developers and financial institutions in most aspects of real estate transactions across the country.
His practice includes the purchase and sale of commercial properties, commercial financing, real estate construction, and leasing, among others. He also has experience with incentive based transactions, including tax increment financing, historic tax credits, low income housing tax credits, and new markets tax credits. Prior to joining Thompson Coburn, Tommy worked for the Finance and Economic Development Division of the City of Chicago. During his time with the City of Chicago, he worked on a number of incentive-based programs.
Tommy uses his commercial real estate background, along with his finance and entrepreneurship degrees, to provide analytical and sensible solutions to each unique real estate project.
