Tom is a litigator who represents clients in complex commercial litigation, including consumer class actions, business torts, securities litigation, derivative-shareholder actions, and contract disputes.
His practice focuses on defending companies in nationwide and multi-state class action cases involving allegations of consumer fraud, product defect, false advertising, and unfair trade practices. He has also successfully represented a variety of clients in other complex business and commercial litigation, including arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
NOTICE.
Although we would like to hear from you, we cannot represent you until we know that
doing so will not create a conflict of interest. Also, we cannot treat unsolicited
information as confidential. Accordingly, please do not send us any information
about any matter that may involve you until you receive a written statement from
us that we represent you (an ‘engagement letter’).
