Valarie draws on her 25 years of experience, nearly 15 within corporate legal departments, to assist clients with a wide variety of business litigation and compliance matters.
She has represented publicly traded companies across multiple businesses and geographic regions in a broad range of legal and commercial matters, supervised corporate investigations, provided employment counseling and advice, and managed company integrity and compliance programs.
Before joining Thompson Coburn, Valarie served in senior in-house positions with three publicly traded companies in the education and food and beverage industries.
