With more than three decades of experience behind him, William "Mark" Levinson serves as a partner in our Los Angeles office. Mark's practice encompasses corporate and securities, municipal finance and real estate law.
Mark represents numerous borrowers and financial institutions in secured and unsecured financings. He counsels corporate clients on their reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act, as well as general corporate and contract matters. Additionally, he represents indenture trustees in defaulted debt securities issued by companies in a wide range of industries.
Mark also has significant experience advising financial institutions, municipalities and other governmental entities, including education institutions, on bond financings. He also represents syndicators, developers and owners on the financing and development of a broad range of commercial and residential properties.
