As several states across the U.S. implement new laws regarding the legalization of cannabis for either medical or adult recreational use, business owners are also focused on the activity at the federal level to potentially support the cannabis industry.

The State of Cannabis in the States Federal Overview webinar is designed to provide cannabis businesses with the latest updates from Washington, D.C., how these updates may affect businesses in the future and what to look for as Congress continues to debate issues related to cannabis.

    • the STATES Act
    • Safe Banking Act
  • Banking in the cannabis industry;
  • An update on the Farm Bill, particularly on the state of CBD derived from hemp;
  • FDA regulations, particularly with respect to CBD; and
  • A quick overview of recent trends in state legalization and regulation
