Allie Isaak Rudroff represents investors, lenders, and community development entities in transactions involving various forms of debt, equity and public financing such as new markets and low-income housing tax credits.
Allie helps clients navigate transactions related to tax credit and incentive programs, commercial finance and real estate finance. Her clients include investors, community development entities, developers, and lenders.
In her tax credit practice, Allie enjoys collaborating with transaction parties to document and close investments using creative and efficient legal solutions. She also represents syndicators and lenders who make warehouse loans to fund syndications of state and federal tax credits. In the areas of commercial finance and real estate finance, Allie assists lenders with negotiating and documenting loans secured by real and personal property.
Allie has experience drafting and negotiating documents for federal and state New Markets Tax Credit transactions, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit transactions, Historic Tax Credit transactions and transactions involving Opportunity Zones.
While studying law at the University of Missouri, Allie was a member of the Women’s Law Association and also volunteered at the Truman Veterans Administration Hospital. She also completed internships with Missouri appellate court Judge Clifford Ahrens and St. Louis Circuit Judge Edward Sweeney.
